Martin Gášek graduated in Structural Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Brno University of Technology, where he first encountered additive technologies. After his studies he worked on the development of automotive lighting at Varroc Lighting Systems. He also has experience in the design of internal combustion engines at ZDZ ENGINES.
Since 2018, he has been part of the R&D team at CARDAM, where he has been working on various projects, also in collaboration with the Institute of Physics of the CAS. He has worked on applications of additive manufacturing of metals for heat exchange or its deployment in small-scale production. In addition to 3D printing, he also focuses on foundry and product development.
