After completing his doctoral studies, he focused on the implementation of digitalization tools and LEAN principles in Česká Zbrojovka. Subsequently, he worked in top management in an international automotive company, where he was responsible for rationalization, process optimization, LEAN, PI and implementation of new projects.

Since 2019, he has been the Managing Director of CARDAM, a technology company focused on research and development in the field of additive technologies, advanced mathematical simulation and computation, and digitization.

He is an expert in digital strategy, mathematical simulations, topological optimization, and other services and technologies.
